Our Savannah Natural Rattan Dining Arm Chairs are very well made. We use a nice. thick rattan poles with  lots of support bracing under the chair seats connecting the legs, under the actual chair seat itself and behind the chair backs. We put a "horse shoe" of rattan above seat area that holds the cushions in place.  We use 2 rattan poles for the chair arms and connect them to the chair backs. Our American made cushions are zippered & filed with 3' thick foam with a Dacron wrap around them. Our cushions have center front piping. Please notice the actual seat size of our chairs --18' wide x 19" deep. We make our cushions so they over hang the front of the chairs. When you sit your legs will rest against our cushions not the chair frames. We normally have the chair frames in stock & some cushions also. If we have everything we normally ship out within a week. If we need to make cushions that takes about 10 days. Only peak season takes longer. Our chairs are stack-able & we pack 2 chairs in each carton
