We offer Free Curbside Delivery to MOST LOCATIONS in the 48 states—NOT ALL. There are not many locations like this- EG-it costs more to deliver to the Florida Keys.
Returnable
Some products are custom made for you—EG…Full size furniture, sofas, love seats, chairs, sectionals etc. You get to select which fabric you want to have the cushions made from. These products are final sales & are NOT RETURNABLE. If you want to return a “returnable” product to us YOU Are Responsible To pay the shipping charges it cost us to send the order to you AND the shipping charges to return the products back to us. There are more charges that just the shipping charges--like credit card fees, box costs, labor etc. We take the loss for those costs.
Any product being returned must be in brand new condition, well wrapped & perfectly boxed so it arrives back to us in perfect condition. You must SAVE the Boxes your order arrived in. After & only after we receive your order back in perfect condition Will we credit you the original selling price--minus the shipping charges BOTH WAYS. This must take place in a 30 day time period from The date of your order. Longer than that will not qualify. RECEIVING a Delivery. When receiving a delivery if there is obvious damage To the carton YOU MUST inspect the contents for damage. YOU MUST sign the delivery receipt stating any damages BEFORE the driver leaves. Call us immediately for assistance. CONCEALED Damages. You must inspect the contents of your order right away after you receive it.
If the cartons are all perfect, but you find a damage, you have 4 days from the delivery date. To call us & report it. Please understand the products leave our facilities in perfect condition. From there the trucker assumes responsibility that the products will be delivered in perfect condition. After you sign for the delivery the responsibility is transferred to you.
PLEASE KNOW—our products are handmade & the sizes we provide are accurate, but may Slightly vary from the measurements we list. DELIVERIES—anything that we are not able to send via Fed Ex because it is too large will be delivered In an a 40’ 18 wheeler truck & that truck must be able to drive to & from your house.
If a trucker cannot make the delivery you will be charged the shipping charges that it cost to Bring the furniture to you AND the charges to return it. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. The delivering trucker will call you to schedule the day of delivery.
SALES TAX—we are located in N.J.. By law we are not to collect our local sales tax when we ship to locations Out of N.J..
