Sizes...All twin beds & head boards are 39" wide. The design is what can make them wider. The 45" we list above is for the widest part of the headboard which is the design at the very top of both sides.
Quality..we frame our headboards with mahogany wood. Then smaller pieces of wicker are woven over the outside of the frame. They are very well made and with normal care & useage last indefinetely.
